A man who puts a tattoo on his body

What is the ruling in Islam was a foreign man who puts a tattoo on his body; and what to do?

Answer:
Praise be to God alone, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet after him, and to his family and companions, and after:

Valom forbidden; because it is changing the creation of God, The curse of the Prophet peace be upon him tattooing and Almstoshma; but this man did so in the days of Jahlith, and came before it; and he can remove the tattoo without damage eloquent upon him, then he must remove it, otherwise it is not because the damage is still in kind, and God Almighty knows best.
