Praise be to God alone, and peace and blessings be upon the Prophet after him, and to his family and companions, and after:
It is permissible for your father to pay money some or all for a couple of sister; for being in need of two ways: First, it is poor; and God Almighty says: {but alms to the poor and needy}, and second that Garm, Allah Almighty says: {and debtors}, and the parent be rewarded for that.
Because the charity on the first of the near term, and the Prophet peace be upon him: "charity to a poor charity, and a uterine connection There are two charity" and God Almighty knows best.
